Your listing stays live on the new plan. Anything over the new plan's limits (for example, extra photos) is kept but hidden until you're back within the limit or upgrade again.
Everywhere it matches, on every plan: when customers browse your province, state or country, search your city, or use "near me". Pro shops are featured at the top of searches in their province or state, and Premium shops above Pro anywhere in their country.
Pro and Premium makers appear at the top of search results under "Featured makers." We label them clearly so customers know these are paid plans.
Shops on a paid plan earn it automatically with an average of 4.5 stars or more from at least 5 reviews. It's earned, not bought: customers can only review a shop after messaging it and being invited to review.
Pro and Premium makers can apply from their dashboard by confirming their business details. Our team reviews each request.
Not if your Works plan covers it. Maker includes Starter, Shop includes Pro, and Farm includes Premium, for as long as your Works subscription is active. If it's paused or ends, your listing moves to the plan you're paying for, or Basic.
