What counts as an inventory item? One kind of stock: a filament (such as "PLA, black, 1 kg") or a supply (such as "M3 nut"). Quantity doesn't matter. Twelve spools of the same black PLA, or a bag of 500 M3 nuts, is still one item.

Questions about pricing
Is the free plan really free?
Yes, free forever with no credit card. It has every core feature, with limits on printers, products, and inventory items. Free accounts that no one signs in to for 12 months are deleted, and we email you three times before that happens.
What happens if I go over a limit?
You'll be asked to upgrade before adding more. If you move from a paid plan back to Free, nothing is deleted. Anything over the free limits is kept but locked until you upgrade again.
What's the Nozzlet directory plan?
Nozzlet is a directory where local customers search for 3D printing shops. Paid Works plans include a directory plan at no extra cost: Maker includes Starter, Shop includes Pro, and Farm includes Premium. If you already pay for a directory plan, you won't pay twice.
Does Nozzlet take a cut of my sales?
No. Your customers pay you directly. Nozzlet Works only charges the plan price.
Which currency will I pay in?
Canadian shops pay in Canadian dollars; US shops pay in US dollars.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, any time. Upgrades start right away. If you cancel, you keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for. Export anything you need before then. Your records are kept for 12 months in case you come back.
When can I start?
Nozzlet Works is in early access. Join the list and we'll invite founding members in small groups as it's ready.
