Home-based makers and small print shops that sell what they print, from a single printer on the side to a small print farm. If you print a few things for yourself now and then, you probably don't need it yet. If pricing, stock, and printer time affect your income, it's built for you.

That's the idea. Nozzlet Works started as a costing spreadsheet for a home print shop and uses the same approach: filament, electricity, printer wear, maintenance, overhead, labour, and a failed-print reserve. See Why not a spreadsheet?

Not yet. Importing your products, customers, orders, and inventory (filaments and supplies) from a CSV or Excel file is planned, with a template to start from and a preview that highlights any problems before anything is saved. Exporting will work the same way.

Not yet. At launch, Nozzlet Works doesn't connect to printers or slicer software, so it works with any brand or model. You enter the grams and build time your slicer gives you, and Works does the rest. Connecting to printers and slicers is on our roadmap.

Nozzlet Works is being built for filament (FDM) printing first, because that's how most small shops start. Resin support is on our list. If you print resin, join early access and tell us what you need.

For each product, you enter the printer, the filaments and grams used, build time, parts per plate, and hands-on minutes. Works adds up filament (with a waste allowance), electricity, printer wear, maintenance, overhead, labour, and a failed-print reserve, then suggests a price based on your target margin, never below your minimum charge. You can always set your own price.

Yes. Build a quote with suggested prices and private notes. When the customer accepts, turn it into an order in one click. Every detail carries over, the jobs go onto your calendar, and stock updates as jobs are finished. Sending quotes to customers as a PDF or email link is coming.

Yes. Enter prices with or without tax, and Works removes tax before working out your profit. Tax settings are available for Canadian provinces and US states.

Yes. Nozzlet Works runs in your web browser on a computer, tablet, or phone. There's nothing to install.

Not yet. Staff accounts are planned for Shop (2 staff accounts) and Farm (10), with each person signing in with their own account.

No. Your customers pay you directly, however you already get paid. Works lets you mark orders as unpaid, deposit paid, or paid for your own records. Nozzlet never takes a cut of your sales.

Not at launch. Bringing in orders automatically from Etsy, then Shopify and WooCommerce, is the next feature we're planning after launch.

Yes. Your costs, prices, inventory, orders, and customer records are private to your business and the staff you invite. Nothing appears on the Nozzlet directory unless you choose it. We don't sell your data or use it to train AI. See our Privacy policy.

Exporting your records is coming. Once it's here, you'll be able to export any time while your plan is active.

Your access is paused, but your records are kept for 12 months in case you come back. We'll email you 30, 15, and 5 days before anything is deleted. Bring your plan up to date any time before then and everything will be right where you left it.

Nozzlet is a directory where local customers search for 3D printing shops. Paid Works plans include a directory plan (Maker includes Starter, Shop includes Pro, Farm includes Premium), so customers can find you and, on Shop and Farm, get automatic quotes based on your real costs.

Canada and the United States. Canadian shops pay in Canadian dollars and US shops in US dollars.

Not yet. Nozzlet Works is in English for now, and French is planned after launch.
